1. General
LoftFair is a digital platform that connects buyers and sellers in pigeon auctions.
By using the platform, all users agree to the following terms.
2. Auction Rules
- All bids are binding.
- The highest bidder at the end of the auction wins the right to purchase.
- Any bid placed within the last 5 minutes extends the auction by +5 minutes.
- LoftFair reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent bids.
3. Bid Limits
- The initial bidding limit for all users is €2,000.
- Higher bids require approval from LoftFair.
4. Payment Conditions
- The winning bidder must complete the payment within 3 days (72 hours).
- After winning, the user will receive an email with payment details.
- If multiple auctions are won, a separate email may be sent for each auction.
- A 6% handling fee is added to the final purchase price.
- Payment may be made through LoftFair or directly to the seller, depending on the auction type.
- Payment instructions will be provided via email.
- LoftFair may not always act as the seller and serves as a platform organizing the sale.
- If payment is not completed within the required time, the sale may be canceled and the item relisted.
5. Taxes and Invoicing
- All bids are excluding VAT.
- VAT may not apply for exports outside the EU with valid export documentation.
- Buyers are responsible for any taxes and import duties in their country.
6. Delivery and Transport
- Shipping and transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- LoftFair provides support in organizing the transport process.
- Additional support may be provided through regional representatives.
- Shipping is arranged only after full payment has been received.
7. Pickup
- The buyer may collect the pigeon personally or arrange collection via a representative.
- Pickup is possible by appointment, scheduled at least 1 working day in advance during business hours.
8. Product and Pedigree Responsibility
- All information listed on the platform is provided by the seller.
- The seller is responsible for the accuracy of pedigree and performance data.
- LoftFair does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
9. Platform Role
LoftFair acts as a platform facilitating the sale process and serves as an intermediary between buyer and seller.
